The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's strong condemnation and denunciation of targeting unarmed civilians in the northern Gaza Strip, which resulted in the death of dozens and the injury of hundreds as a result of the bombing of humanitarian aid queues in Gaza by the occupation forces.
The Ministry affirms the Kingdom's categorical rejection of violations of international humanitarian law from any party and under any pretext. The Kingdom also renews its demands to the international community to take a firm position to oblige Israel to respect international humanitarian law, immediately open safe humanitarian corridors, allow the evacuation of the injured, and enable the delivery of relief aid and medical equipment. Such measures are necessary to mitigate the humanitarian disaster and prevent its aggravation. The Kingdom also reiterates its call for the need to reach an immediate ceasefire that prevents more innocent civilian casualties.
